Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PriCalc (“PriCalc,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use PriCalc.
2.1 Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and authentication details you provide at sign-up.
- Subscription & billing information: your subscription status, plan, trial usage, and billing history. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage information: how you interact with the Service (features used, analyses run, queries), which we use to operate and improve the product and to enforce usage limits.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and similar technical information collected automatically.
- Communications: messages you send us (e.g., support requests).
2.2 How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and maintain the Service; create and manage your account and subscription; process payments and prevent fraud or abuse (including detecting repeated-trial abuse); send service and billing communications (including trial-ending and renewal notices); analyze and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
2.3 Service Providers and Sub-Processors
We share information only as needed with providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Hosting & infrastructure — to run and serve the application.
- Analytics & advertising tools — see §2.4.
We do not sell your personal information.
2.4 Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. If we advertise PriCalc, we may use advertising and measurement tools (for example, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences. These tools may receive limited event data (such as a visit, sign-up, or subscription event) associated with hashed or pseudonymous identifiers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will provide consent controls.
2.5 Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any additional period required to meet legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
