Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PriCalc (the “Service”), operated by PriCalc (“PriCalc,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Nature of the Service

PriCalc is a research and analytics tool. It presents historical game-log data, statistical hit rates, and probability ranges derived from past performance. PriCalc is not a sportsbook, does not accept or facilitate wagers, does not handle betting funds, and does not provide picks, predictions, guarantees, or betting advice. Everything PriCalc shows is historical and statistical in nature. Outcomes of future events are inherently uncertain, and nothing in the Service is a representation that any result will occur. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using PriCalc you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws applicable to you.

1.3 Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

1.4 Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Automatic Renewal

Free tier. PriCalc offers a free tier with limited daily usage and no payment method required.

Pro subscription. PriCalc Pro is offered at $11.99 per month (or any price clearly disclosed to you at the time of upgrade).

7-day free trial. When you upgrade to Pro, your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You expressly agree that, unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid monthly subscription will begin automatically at the end of the 7-day trial and your payment method will be charged $11.99 (plus any applicable tax). Your billing date each month is the date your trial ends.

One trial per account. The free trial is available once per account. If you have previously used a PriCalc trial, upgrading to Pro will begin a paid subscription and charge your payment method immediately, with no additional trial, unless we state otherwise.

Automatic monthly renewal. Your Pro subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date and your payment method is charged each cycle until you cancel. Promotional codes or offers may modify the trial length or price; the terms shown at checkout control.

Pre-charge reminder. We will send a reminder before your first charge (around 3 days before the trial ends) to the email on your account. It remains your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to be charged.

Price changes. We may change subscription pricing prospectively; we will give reasonable advance notice, and changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade Pro access until payment succeeds.

1.5 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account’s billing portal. Cancellation details, including how refunds are handled, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy below, which is incorporated into these Terms.

1.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data; reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent usage limits, trials, or access controls; create multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials or evade limits; use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

1.7 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its data presentations, design, components, and brand, is owned by PriCalc and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Share cards exported from PriCalc may be shared in their original form; the underlying Service and data may not be repackaged or resold.

1.8 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. Statistical and historical information may contain errors, gaps, or delays, and past performance does not indicate future results. PriCalc does not guarantee any outcome.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PriCalc WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE USING THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

1.10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

1.11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
