1. What PriCalc Is

PriCalc is a sports prop research and intelligence platform. It provides tools that help users research player props and related sports context.

PriCalc may include features such as:

  • historical prop analysis and probability-based research tools
  • Range Radar or similar slate-scanning features
  • Pri, an AI-powered sports research assistant
  • other related research, analytics, and workflow tools

PriCalc is a research and information service only. PriCalc does not:

  • provide betting advice, picks, or recommendations
  • predict future outcomes
  • guarantee results
  • operate a sportsbook, fantasy contest, wagering service, or payment flow for wagers
  • encourage or instruct users to place any particular wager

All PriCalc content and outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only. Past performance, historical hit rates, trend data, probabilities, and contextual insights do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. No Advice; No Reliance

PriCalc does not provide financial, legal, investment, gambling, or wagering advice.

You acknowledge that you are not relying on PriCalc, including any historical outputs, probability ranges, slate data, or Pri responses, as professional advice or as a guarantee of any result. Any decision you make using PriCalc is made at your own discretion and risk.

3. No Fiduciary Relationship

PriCalc provides research tools and informational content. PriCalc does not owe you any fiduciary duty and does not undertake to protect you from loss, monitor your conduct, or make decisions on your behalf.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PriCalc. By using PriCalc, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the service is lawful where you are located.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you. PriCalc makes no representation that the service is lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and Access

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@pricalc.io promptly.

PriCalc may use third-party authentication providers, including Google OAuth via Supabase. We do not store your passwords when sign-in is handled through third-party authentication.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, fraud, security issues, or other conduct that may harm PriCalc, other users, or third parties.

6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

PriCalc may offer free and paid plans. Features, usage limits, and pricing are described in the product or pricing pages and may change from time to time.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation
  • billing is handled by our payment processor, currently Stripe
  • your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the billing portal made available through the service. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for, and no prorated refund is provided for unused time.

Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the change and our billing processor's behavior.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use PriCalc in violation of applicable law
  • use PriCalc if you are under 18
  • access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access
  • interfere with, disrupt, or probe the service or its infrastructure
  • scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data from PriCalc at scale
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models except where prohibited by law
  • use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse Pri or other features
  • use PriCalc to generate or present betting advice, predictions, guarantees, or misleading claims as though they came from PriCalc
  • reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit PriCalc content or outputs without written permission

9. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

PriCalc may rely on third-party data providers, APIs, public sources, and AI systems. Data shown in PriCalc may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Sports lines, slate data, injuries, lineups, minutes expectations, and other context may change quickly.

We do not guarantee that any information or output in PriCalc is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your intended use. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

10. Pri — AI Research Assistant

Pri is an AI-powered research assistant designed to help users understand sports context, including injuries, lineups, rotations, workload, volatility, and related concepts.

Pri is a research tool only. Pri does not recommend bets, tell you which side to take, guarantee outcomes, or provide wagering advice.

Pri responses may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or incorrect. Pri may rely on a mix of internal context, third-party data, public information, and AI-generated reasoning. Information may change after a response is generated.

You agree not to rely on Pri as the basis for any financial, investment, or wagering decision.

Prompts and uploaded materials submitted to Pri may be processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or anything you would not want sent to a third-party processor.

11. Intellectual Property

PriCalc and the service, including its design, branding, software, methodology, text, graphics, databases, and original content, are owned by PriCalc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use PriCalc for your personal, internal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of content you submit to PriCalc. By submitting content, including screenshots or prompts, you grant PriCalc a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

PriCalc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriCalc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any output will be accurate, complete, or useful for your purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriCalc and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriCalc's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to PriCalc in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
  • $100

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first email support@pricalc.io and try in good faith to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PriCalc must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law does not allow this requirement.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by email. Your continued use of PriCalc after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and PriCalc regarding the service.
