PriCalc — Refund Policy

Overview
PriCalc subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, currently Stripe. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and when they are not.
1. First-Time Subscriptions
If you purchase a PriCalc paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge.
Refunds for first-time subscriptions are generally available only where the account has had limited or no meaningful use during that period, as determined by PriCalc's internal records. Examples of meaningful use may include repeated use of core features, multiple analyses, substantial use of Pri, or repeated access to premium research tools.
If your account shows meaningful use during the refund period, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
2. Renewals
If your subscription renews and you contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge, we may issue a refund for that renewal if your account shows no meaningful use during the new billing period, as determined by PriCalc's internal records.
If the account shows use of paid features during the new billing period, the renewal charge is generally non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues
If a technical problem on our end materially prevents you from accessing the paid service for a meaningful portion of a billing period, contact support@pricalc.io. We may review the issue and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund, service credit, or other reasonable remedy.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- requests made outside the time windows above
- accounts that show meaningful use during the relevant period
- dissatisfaction with outcomes, research outputs, Pri responses, sports results, or prop performance
- cancellations made after a billing period has started, except as expressly stated in this policy
- accounts that violate our Terms of Service
- partial or prorated unused time, except where required by law or where PriCalc chooses to provide an exception
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not create a refund right for the current billing period, and your access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@pricalc.io. We aim to resolve legitimate billing issues directly.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend the associated account while the matter is reviewed.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@pricalc.io with:
- the email address associated with your account
- the date of the charge
- a short explanation of the request
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method, and processing time depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted in the service is the current version.
