Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how PriCalc Pro trials, charges, cancellations, and refunds work. It is part of the Terms of Service.

3.1 The 7-Day Free Trial

Upgrading to Pro starts a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. A payment method is required to begin it.

Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, your Pro access stops at the end of the trial period and no charge is made. We send a reminder about 3 days before the trial ends so you have time to decide.

3.2 The First Charge Is Final

If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your paid subscription begins and your payment method is charged $11.99 (plus applicable tax). By starting the trial, you agree that this first charge is non-refundable. You received 7 days of full access to evaluate the Service before any charge, and the charge only occurs because the trial was allowed to convert. We do not provide refunds for that first billing cycle.

3.3 Renewals and Cancellation After the First Charge

Pro renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.

• Cancelling stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again.
• Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current cycle. Charges already made, including the current month, are non-refundable.
• You keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for; access ends when that period closes.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3.4 Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a genuine duplicate charge or a verified billing error. Granting one refund does not obligate us to grant others. Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

3.5 How to Cancel

Cancel anytime in Account → Billing, which opens your subscription management portal. Cancellation is effective immediately for renewal purposes (no future charges) while preserving access through your paid period. If you have trouble cancelling, contact support@pricalc.io before your billing date and we will help.

3.6 Billing Questions and Disputes

If you don’t recognize a charge, it will appear on your statement as PRICALC.IO. Please contact us first at support@pricalc.io — most billing questions are resolved quickly, and reaching out is faster than a bank dispute. We maintain records of your agreement to these terms, your trial period, the reminder we sent, and your access history.

3.7 Promotional Offers

Promo codes or special offers may change the trial length or price. The terms presented at checkout control for that offer. Unless stated otherwise, the one-trial-per-account rule and this Policy still apply.
